Great pan July 27, 2010 H. Nguyen Great pan for muffin or cupcake. It's light weight but very solid. Used a little baking spray and the muffins popped out perfectly baked. Makes perfect single serving sized muffins, but I had no trouble eating all six. Used a couple time and went ahead and ordered the 12 cup pan.
There are some cracks and crevices around the pan and around each cup where food could get stuck in. A little brush will clean it up.
This is a nice muffin pan! July 1, 2010 alreview This muffin pan is nice; the size and shape of the muffins you get from it are great for a medium to big sized muffin.
I butter it really well, but I never have major problems with the muffins sticking to the pan. I just try to avoid filling it too much because it is hard to get the batter out of the creases at the end of the pan.
My major complaint is that I wish the pan was made of a nicer, heavier stainless steel.
Stainless Steel Muffin Pan June 29, 2010 Kitchen Wizard (Spokane, WA) I wanted to replace my old nonstick muffin pans with stainless steel pans and purchased a Fox Run 12-cup muffin pan for use at home. When it came time to replace my old muffin pans at my summer home, the 12-cup pans was no longer available so I chose two of the 6-cup muffin pans from Fox Run. As we are now empty nesters, it actually makes more sense for the two of us to use a 6-cup pan--less muffins to eat! While these pans are a little light weight, I have been very happy with them--muffins brown nicely and clean up is easy as long as the cups are lightly oiled. I would recommend them for the price.
Great Muffin Pans! June 8, 2010 lovemypups I ordered 2 of these and I love them. My grandmother always told me that better quality pans would make better baked products, but now I truly see what she means. In my old cheap pans, muffins would burn on the bottoms. These pans cook perfect muffins with or without liners and they clean up so easily by soaking a bit in water. I will never again use a poor quality muffin pan. These are perfect!
Muffin Maker March 14, 2010 Pamela A. Metz (Boston, MA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
After hunting in stores for over a year, I finally found this stainless steel
muffin pan on-line. I am very happy with the quality of the pan. The muffin cups
are deep enough to hold plenty of batter without spilling over; the stainless
steel heats and cooks evenly; and, it cleans up beautifully in the dishwasher.
