Great meatloaf without fat! June 9, 2010

I have been using this pan for meatloaf for about a year now and I really like it. It is two pieces, one with drain holes in it fits inside the other. The pan can be used as a bread pan as well. Meatloaf tastes great without grease! I do not use this for game meat meatloaf because there is usually no fat and it comes out too dry. Regular beef works great.
