| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description For cheesecakes, a layered dessert or a chilled, molded salad, use this springform pan and the sides of your dish won't tear as you un-mold it. The bottom of the pan is made of glass which doubles as a serving piece once your dessert is ready to serve. Exceptional baking performance, superior construction and convenient design features make Avanti a pleasure to use. The springform pan is made of a commercial-weight construction that helps prevent warping and will help distribute heat evenly. Wilton's Everglide, metal-safe, nonstick surface resists scratching even from metal utensils. A lifetime limited warranty is included with your springform pan.

| Customer Reviews: third hand quality February 7, 2010 Deborah K. Howe 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This piece is very, very low quality. The handle on the product is deformed. It does not tighten unless I physically put the handles into the slots, and it is very, very hard to do. I will rarely if ever use this product. Would like to return it if it weren't so expensive. Otherwise it will sit in the back of the cupboard.
Not perfect workship but still is OK February 6, 2010 Connie Pag (Connie, Wyalusing, Pa.) The only problem I have with this is that the workmanship isn't perfect where the lip meets the glass. It's also difficult to lock the glass into place. However, it worked out OK.
Loved it! October 16, 2009 Holly M. Burger (San Diego, CA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This was my first attempt at cheesecake and it turned out so well! No leaks or sticking and the best part is the bottom is glass so you can cut it right on the glass without ruining it. Would definetly recommend!
